Please be advised, All shipping and billing information must match your card or your orders will be canceled.  We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that it is fraudulent. 

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the amount of items that's order and/or the weight of items. 

Orders require 2-4 business days for processing (subject to conditions). Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only. We do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the next following business day. 

Tracking notification will be sent to customers once orders have shipped only. Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the package. Please provide correct shipping info including appartment numbers at time of purchase.  Please allow full processing time and shipping time before inquiring about orders.
