Refund policy

No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@ccbelluccestore.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us, once we receive, the correct item will be sent to you 2-5 business days. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

we inspect all items and we will never send a damage item.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (we will notify the courier company so that they can evaluate the issue) please allow 10days for this.

WE CAN ONLY REFUND UNFULLFILLED ITEM.
